  • Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques and Joint Mobilisation

  • Visceral Listening and Adjustment

  • Dry Needling and Myofascial Cupping

  • Exercises from methodologies such as Clinical Pilates, Therapeutic Yoga, Natural Movement and Functional Strength Training

  • Referral into a suitable ongoing exercise class or home programme

  • Guided Visualisation and Meditation
