Just like going to a gym or pilates studio, where you expect to pay in advance for the services there, all clinic time at LUNA is reserved and paid for in advance. Read more at our pricing page.

This carefully considered policy is in alignment with our mission to provide excellent care to women and remain sustainable as a sole practitioner establishment.

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or to move your booking. You can let us know via email at hello@lunaphysiotherapy.com.au or by replying to text communications from us. This applies to ALL bookings confirmed via SMS or email, including treatment packages and telehealth appointments.

In the event that your appointment is moved or cancelled by your therapist, we will endeavour to give 24hrs notice and reschedule as soon as possible. You will not be charged for sessions cancelled by your physiotherapist.

LUNA Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge you the full consultation fee (Initial $170 or Subsequent $114) if you give less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation.

If you arrive less than 30min late to your initial visit, or less than 20min late to follow-ups, you are welcome to receive whatever treatment is available in the remaining time. You will still be charged the full fee.

If you are more than 30min late for your initial visit, or more than 20min late for your follow-up, we reserve the right to treat this as a Late Cancellation and charge the full consultation fee.

For prepaid bookings, you are able to reschedule within the above 24 hour cancellation policy. Your prepaid services will remain as a credit on your account until the service has been used at a later date.

Prepaid bookings will not be refunded except under special circumstances. We reserve the right to use caring discretion when issuing refunds for prepaid care.
